PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
In accordance with the current legislation on Personal Data Protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), we process the information provided to facilitate contact between candidates and interested companies, managing the appointment system and allowing employing entities to evaluate professional profiles for the arrangement of job interviews.
LEGAL BASIS (LAWFULNESS)
Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR. The data subject has given consent (or, where applicable, through their legal representative) to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE
The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the job fair or until you exercise your right to erasure, or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations and address any potential liabilities arising from the fulfillment of the purpose for which the data was collected.
Likewise, the data provided will be incorporated into a processing system owned by MUNDOS DIGITALES TRANSMEDIA SL and may be communicated to participating companies exclusively for the purpose of managing selection processes and interviews requested by the candidates themselves, as well as to other third parties in cases where a legal obligation exists.
MUNDOS DIGITALES TRANSMEDIA SL will not create any type of "profile" based on the information provided, nor will automated decisions be made based on profiling.
RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, regarding the data being processed, before the Data Controller at the aforementioned address or via email at info@mundosdigitales.org, attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent supporting document, or any valid form of unambiguous identification.
In the event that you have not obtained satisfaction in exercising your rights, you may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, which is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), whose contact details are available at https://sedeagpd.gob.es/sede-electronica-web/vistas/formNuevaReclamacion/reclamacion.jsf.
